Terms of service

LABOR: $75/hr. Time is billed only for work performed on the job site. A minimum charge of 2 hours applies per visit.

DISTANCE CHARGE: $1/km (round trip) for locations beyond 30 km from the Business’s residence.

MATERIALS: Any materials, parts, or supplies purchased by the Business on behalf of the Customer will be billed at cost plus a 20% procurement fee to cover sourcing, handling, transport, and procurement time. Material pricing may vary based on supplier availability, time constraints, and project requirements. The Business is not obligated to obtain the lowest market price.

CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED MATERIALS: If the Customer provides materials, parts, or fixtures, the Business cannot guarantee their quality, compatibility, or performance. Any additional labor required due to incorrect, defective, or unsuitable Customer-supplied materials will be billed at the standard labor rate. Warranty does not apply to failures related to Customer-supplied materials.

ROOF ACCESS: A surcharge of 25% to the labor rate may apply if work must be performed from the roof due to increased labor intensity and safety considerations.

PAYMENTS METHODS: Credit card and online payments may incur a 3% processing fee at the Business’s discretion.

AUTHORIZATION & CHARGEBACKS: Payment authorizes the full invoice amount. Customers agree to contact the Business to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may incur additional administrative fees.

PAYMENT TERMS: Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed. Late or failed payments must be resolved within 3 business days. Work may be paused until valid payment is received.

ESTIMATES & SCOPE CHARGES: Estimates are based on the information available at the time of quoting. Unforeseen conditions, hidden damage, or requested changes may result in additional charges.

WARRANTY & LIABILITY: Workmanship is warranted for 30 days, unless otherwise stated. Warranty does not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, environmental factors, or failures related to Customer-supplied materials. The Business is not liable for pre-existing conditions or damages beyond its control.

ACCEPTANCE: By authorizing work or making payment, the Customer confirms they have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
